Please note: Any behavior that may be considered indecent, such as offensive speech, sexual harassment, or aggressive conduct, exhibited toward any guest(s) or staff of Necto, will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Please treat everyone with respect, and thank you for making Necto a safe, fun environment
Management reserves all rights, such as the right to deny admission for rude, argumentative, or offensive behavior. Our priority is the safety of all our patrons. Additionally, management has the sole discretion regarding the enforcement of our dress code and door policy and thus may change the requirements at any time without notice.
Must be 18 years of age or older to enter the venue with a proper valid government ID, passport, or military ID.
No re-entry policy.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone.
Must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol and have your wristband visible.
All alcohol laws will be strictly enforced.
We will not serve you if you are visibly intoxicated or impaired, and this may result in removal from the premises.
We encourage you not to drink and drive. Have a sober designated driver or call a rideshare.
By entering, you acknowledge that photography images and videos of guests may be captured for promotional purposes, including social media & marketing materials, without further consent. If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please inform us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
We suggest you leave valuable and unnecessary items at home.
Prior to entering the venue, guests may be searched (wand metal detection and/or pat-downs).
Small clutches/wallets are allowed. All are subject to search.
Necto strives to provide a fun, safe environment.
If you see anything that concerns you, please notify a Necto staff member or ask to speak to a manager.
ID Policy
- A valid government-issued photo ID is required to enter the venue (18+).
- Acceptable IDs: Driver's license, passport, military ID, and state-issued IDs.
- IDs must be current and not expired.
- Unacceptable IDs: Altered or fraudulent IDs, college and high school IDs, international IDs, and photos of IDs on cell phones will not be accepted.
- If you are unable to provide valid identification, you will not be permitted to enter.
- We strictly adhere to these policies; no exceptions will be made for anyone who does not meet the age requirements or fails to provide proper identification. There are no exceptions.
Prohibited Items
- Weapons of any kind (including off-duty law enforcement and CPL holders)
- Mace
- Large bags, backpacks & camelbacks
- Outside food
- Outside alcohol or liquids
- Markers, pens, spray paint, etc
- Illegal substances
- Outside containers of any kind
- Professional photo/video equipment – anything with a detachable lens
- Selfie Sticks
- Stickers and flyers
- Any jewelry or clothing that could inflict harm or is offensive
Dress Code
Strictly enforced on Saturdays (exception for themed events or special events).
Management has sole discretion over the dress code and may change the requirements at any time without notice.
Necto is dedicated to a unique, fashion-forward style, and neat, fitted attire is required (we may make exceptions for special events or themed parties). Please refrain from wearing the following:
- Excessively baggy clothing
- Athletic Wear (exception gamedays)
- Sleepwear
- Slides / slippers / flip flops
- Stained and/or damaged clothing
- Political attire
- Shiesty or full-face covering
- Any article of clothing otherwise deemed inappropriate
Frequently Asked Questions
What age do you have to be to enter?
Necto is an 18 years and older venue. Proper ID is required (see the other ID related questions below). You must be 21+ to consume alcohol.
What kind of ID do you accept?
Valid ID is required to enter the Necto. Driver's License, Passport, Military ID, and State-Issued IDs are acceptable. There are no exceptions. For questions about IDs, please check the other ID-related questions below.
What if I lost or don’t have my ID?
If you aren’t currently in possession of any of the IDs listed above, we are only able to accept government-issued IDs that include your name, date of birth, and your picture. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this policy.
Do you accept digital copies of identification?
No. We do not accept IDs on cell phones or any other digital devices.
Do you allow re-entry?
No re-entry.
Can I get a refund?
When paying door cover with cash or card all sales are final. If you have been asked to leave or removed from the venue there are no refunds. Ticketed events all sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. However, if a show is canceled or postponed, refunds may be available at point of purchase.
I lost something at Necto, how do I find it?
Please call our office at (734) 994-5835, Monday through Friday from 1PM to 4PM. If urgent, feel free to leave us a message. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Do you offer coatcheck?
Coat check is available seasonally when the weather is cold.
What if I’m on the guest list?
Please have your ID ready and confirm with the cashier.
What is your photo policy?
Professional grade cameras with removable lenses are not allowed without a photo pass and granted permission from the venue.
Where should I park?
Necto does not have its own parking lot. However, there is always plenty of street parking and we are located next to a parking structure on Maynard between E. Williams and E. Liberty.

VIP booth and bottle service is reserved for 21+ only no exceptions! Reserve your reservation
