NECTO POLICIES

General

Please note: any behavior that may be considered indecent, such as sexual harassment, or aggressive conduct, exhibited toward any guest(s) or staff of the club will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Please treat everyone with respect, and thank you for making Necto a safe, fun environment.

Management reserves all rights, such as the right to deny admission for rude, argumentative, or offensive behavior. Our priority is the safety of all our patrons. Additionally, management has the sole discretion in regards to enforcement of our dress code and door policy, and thus may change the requirements at any time without notice.

Dress Code

Necto is dedicated to a unique, fashion-forward style, and neat, fitted attire is required (we may make exceptions for special events or themed parties). We will continually strive to accommodate those whose style and imagination suit our environment, but please refrain from wearing the following:

  • Excessively baggy clothing
  • Athletic wear
  • Sweatpants (elastic waistbands or drawstrings)
  • Stained and/or damaged clothing
  • Any article of clothing otherwise deemed inappropriate

ID Requirements

A valid government-issued photo ID is required by the state to enter the venue.

ID’s expiring on birthdays must include stapled state-issued temporary permit.

Drivers license, passport and state-issued IDs are acceptable.

We do not accept photos of ID on cell phones or printed copies. College and high school ID’s will not be accepted either.

There are no exceptions.

Additional Policies

Must be 18 years of age or older to enter.

Must be 21 years of age or older and have your wristband visible to drink.

These outside items ar not permitted inside of the venue:

  • Large bags
  • Backpacks
  • Food and beverages
  • Alcohol
  • Weapons of any kind
  • Knives
  • Illegal substances
